Account Executive, US Market

Sales Tel Aviv, in office Full time US hours

Full cycle, from first call to close. This is not an SDR seat and it is not a closer seat. You run your own demos, and in most of them you will build a real landing page for the prospect’s own brand, live on the call.

What you’ll do

Own the full cycle: qualify inbound, work outbound into your own target list, run the demo, build the proposal, close, and hand off to Customer Success.
Run live demos where the product does the talking, generating a page for the prospect’s own brand during the call.
Translate a marketing team’s problem into a scoped POC: which funnels, which traffic, which metric we are moving.
Price and structure deals in the $2K to $10K per month range, and know when a deal deserves a custom scope.
Keep the CRM clean enough that the pipeline can be forecast without asking you.
Feed the product team what you hear. The objection you cannot answer this month is next quarter’s roadmap.
Write the playbook as you go: sequences, demo script, objection handling, proposal templates.

What we need

Native-level English, written and spoken. You will be selling to US marketers all day.
Based in Tel Aviv and happy to work US hours from the office. This role is not remote.
2+ years closing B2B SaaS or martech deals, ideally full cycle, with a number you can point to and explain.
Real fluency in performance marketing: paid acquisition, CRO, landing pages, attribution. No cheat sheet required.
Comfortable with software. You will be operating the product live, not clicking through slides.
Ownership without a playbook. You decide what to do on a slow Tuesday, and you do it.

Nice to have

You have sold into affiliate, comparison, lead-gen or agency-side buyers.
You have been an early commercial hire before and know what that actually costs.
Hands-on experience running campaigns yourself.

Customer Success Manager

Customer Success Tel Aviv, in office Full time US afternoon overlap

Our customers do not buy software, they buy performance. A CSM here is a performance marketer who happens to own accounts: you onboard them in days, build the first funnels with them, read the results, and come back with the next test. When an account’s traffic drops, you notice before they do.

What you’ll do

Own onboarding end to end: subdomain, tracking, first pages live, usually within a week of signature.
Build funnels, quizzes and variants with (and often for) the customer, using our agents.
Run weekly or bi-weekly optimization sessions: what we tested, what it did, what is next.
Watch the numbers on your accounts and act on them: traffic drops, flat variants, unclaimed uplift.
Own renewal and expansion: turn a three-month POC into an annual plan, and one brand into three.
Be the voice of the account internally, and the reason they answer when we call.

What we need

2+ years in customer success, account management or performance marketing in martech or an agency, owning results rather than tickets.
Hands-on performance marketing: you have built or optimized landing pages, run tests, and argued about attribution.
Technically comfortable: DNS, GTM, pixels, webhooks and basic analytics do not scare you. You do not need to code.
Excellent English. Israeli-based, working from the Tel Aviv office with US afternoon overlap.
Genuinely good with people under pressure, and honest when a test failed.

Nice to have

Experience with comparison, affiliate or lead-gen businesses.
You have onboarded enterprise-ish customers at a startup where you were also the implementation team.
You use AI tools daily and have opinions about which ones are worth it.

First 90 days

Day 30Owning onboarding for all new accounts, first funnels live.

Day 60Running your own optimization cadence across your book, with documented results per account.

Day 90At least one measurable uplift story we can take to the next prospect, and one expansion in motion.

Growth Marketer

You own the top of our funnel, and you own it with our own product. Every page, quiz and test you build for SuperFunnel is both a growth lever and a proof point we can sell. The mandate is pipeline: qualified demos booked, at a cost we can defend.

What you’ll do

Own demand gen against a pipeline number: demos booked, cost per qualified demo, conversion to POC.
Build and test our own funnels on SuperFunnel: landing pages per audience and vertical, quizzes, pre-landers, variants.
Run paid acquisition end to end: channel mix, creative, budget, reporting.
Produce the content that sells this product: teardowns, before and after case studies, demo videos, comparison pages.
Run founder-led marketing with the CEO: his LinkedIn, the investor-facing narrative, launches.
Own lifecycle and outbound infrastructure: sequences, nurture, deliverability, and the data behind them.
Report honestly: what worked, what did not, what you are killing this week.

What we need

3+ years in growth or performance marketing, ideally at a B2B SaaS or martech company, or agency-side with SaaS clients.
You have owned a budget and a number, not just campaigns.
Hands-on: you build the page, write the copy, cut the video, set up the tracking. You use AI tools to move faster and can prove it.
Strong analytical instinct: GA4, GTM, ad platforms, and enough curiosity to check whether the number is real.
Excellent English writing. Based in Tel Aviv, working from the office.

Nice to have

You have marketed to marketers before.
SEO and programmatic page experience at scale.
You have been the first marketing hire somewhere and lived to tell it.
