Privacy Policy

1. Controller and processor roles

We act as a controller for personal data relating to our own customers and website visitors, such as account details, billing information and marketing contacts. We act as a processor for the visitor and lead data our customers collect through funnels they build with SuperFunnel. In that case our customer decides why and how that data is processed, and we act on their documented instructions.

2. Data we collect

• Account data: name, work email, company, role and authentication details.
• Billing data: plan, invoices and payment status. Card details are handled by our payment processor, not stored by us.
• Content you provide: prompts, brand assets, page content, forms and any files you upload.
• Connected platform data: campaign, ad group, keyword, creative and performance data from ad accounts, CRMs and analytics tools you connect.
• Usage and device data: log data, IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and actions taken in the product.
• End-visitor data: data collected on pages our customers publish, processed on their behalf.

3. How we use data

To provide and operate the platform, generate and personalize pages, run optimization, authenticate users, process payments, provide support, keep the service secure, meet legal obligations, and communicate with you about the product. Where required, we rely on your consent for marketing communications, and you can withdraw it at any time.

5. Sharing and sub-processors

We share personal data only with service providers who help us run SuperFunnel, including cloud hosting, AI model providers, analytics, payment processing and support tooling. Each is bound by contract to protect the data and use it only for the services they provide to us. We may also disclose data where legally required, or in connection with a merger or acquisition. We do not sell personal data.

6. Infrastructure and data location

Standard personal data is stored on servers in the European Union by default. Enterprise customers can arrange alternative regions. Published pages are served through a global content delivery network so they load quickly wherever the visitor is.

7. Retention

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and for as long as needed to provide the service. After termination we delete or anonymize account and content data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain records to meet legal, tax or accounting obligations. Data we process on behalf of a customer is deleted or returned according to that customer’s instructions.

8. Security

We use encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, least-privilege access for staff, audit logging and regular review of our providers. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to industry-standard practices and will notify affected parties and regulators where a breach requires it.

9. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Residents of the EEA and UK have these rights under the GDPR; residents of California and other US states have comparable rights, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. To make a request, email support@superfunnel.ai. If your data was collected through a page built by one of our customers, we will refer your request to them as the controller.

10. Cookies and tracking

We use strictly necessary cookies to run the site and the product, and analytics cookies to understand usage and improve performance. Where required by law we ask for consent before setting non-essential cookies, and you can change your choice at any time through your browser or our cookie banner.

11. International transfers

Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA or UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, together with additional technical and organisational measures where needed.

12. Children

SuperFunnel is a business tool and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

13. Changes and contact

We may update this policy from time to time. If a change is material we will notify account holders by email or in the product before it takes effect. Questions, requests and complaints can be sent to support@superfunnel.ai.
