Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the SuperFunnel platform, website and related services provided by AI Marketing Agents LTD (“SuperFunnel”, “we”, “us”). Please read them carefully. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, accessing the platform or using any part of the service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
SuperFunnel is an AI-powered platform for creating, personalizing, publishing and optimizing marketing funnels and landing pages. We may add, change or remove features as the product evolves. We will not materially reduce the core functionality of a paid plan during its current term without notice.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at support@superfunnel.ai if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Plans, billing and taxes
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the plan you select. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. Fees are exclusive of taxes, which are your responsibility where applicable. We may change pricing with reasonable notice, effective from your next billing period.
5. Refunds and cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals and your plan remains active until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable, including for partial periods and unused capacity.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use SuperFunnel to publish unlawful, deceptive, infringing or harmful content; to run pages that mislead consumers or breach advertising platform policies; to attempt to access other customers’ data; to reverse engineer the platform; to resell access without our agreement; or to place unreasonable load on the service. We may suspend accounts that put the platform, our other customers or third parties at risk.
7. AI output and data usage
We do not train our models on your content, campaign data or lead data, and our AI providers are contractually prohibited from doing so.
AI-generated output can be inaccurate or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing anything you publish, including claims, pricing, disclaimers and regulatory wording. Similar output may be generated for other customers, so we cannot guarantee that generated content is unique.
8. Your content
You keep all rights to the content, brand assets and data you bring to SuperFunnel, and to the pages you publish. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, display and transmit that content strictly for the purpose of providing the service. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload.
9. Our intellectual property
The platform, its software, models, design and documentation remain our property and that of our licensors. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription, and nothing more.
10. Third-party integrations
When you connect ad accounts, CRMs, analytics tools or other services, you authorise us to access and exchange data with them on your behalf. Those services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, accuracy or changes to their APIs.
11. Copyright complaints
If you believe content hosted on SuperFunnel infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@superfunnel.ai identifying the work, the material in question, your contact details and a statement of good faith belief. We will review and, where appropriate, remove the material and notify the account holder.
12. Warranties and disclaimers
We work hard to keep the service available and performing, but it is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we do not guarantee any specific marketing result, conversion rate or return on ad spend.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or ad spend. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
14. Termination, changes and governing law
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms or non-payment, with notice where reasonably practicable. On termination your right to use the platform ends and we will delete or return your data in line with our Privacy Policy. We may update these terms, and will give notice of material changes before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction.
